• Mouse — steer (swoop where you point)
• Space — flap (speed + climb)
• Shift — tuck & dive
• Q / E — quick barrel roll
• F — drop what you're carrying
• Arrows/WASD — steer without mouse
• On the ground — land slow, then W/S waddle, A/D turn

Swoop into junk to grab it, fly it to a gold ring to build your nest. Heavy stuff flies badly. Humans with a ✉️ have delivery jobs — follow the beacon for rewards and rep. Or nick the parcel… word gets around. Crows raid low nests (chase them off and reclaim your stuff), swans own the canal, and if something looks too shiny to be true, it's the magpie.
